As a SAP Basis - Manager you will lead SAP technology client support efforts focused on optimizing system performance, supporting implementations, and resolving complex technical issues within our SAP Technology practice. As a Manager you will guide teams through complex work, coach others through delivery challenges, and use sound judgment to decide when to act or escalate. In this role at PwC, you will help clients improve operational efficiency through SAP software solutions, training,



and support that support seamless use of business applications while contributing to project planning, issue resolution, and clear communication across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support the SAP Basis landscape, including SAP S/4HANA, PO, BOBJ, and BODS environments.
• Oversee system administration
• Provide 24x7 production support ensuring high availability, performance tuning, and rapid problem resolution.
• Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues while minimizing downtime.
• Coordinate with BASIS, functional, and technical teams for seamless integration and change management.
• Manage SAP transports, client copies, and system refresh activities.
• Administer SAP Solution Manager for landscape monitoring and support.
• Perform database administration and support activities related to underlying DB platforms (e.g., HANA, Oracle, SQL Server).
• Implement and maintain security standards, backups, and disaster recovery procedures.
