Job Summary
We are looking for detail-oriented and responsible Accountants to join our Finance & Accounts team.
The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting activities, maintaining financial records, reconciliations, documentation, and supporting the finance team in ensuring accurate and timely financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities
Maintain day-to-day accounting entries and financial records.
Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, expenses, and other transactions.
Handle cash and bank transactions and maintain proper records. o Perform bank reconciliation and ledger reconciliation.
Prepare and maintain invoices, vouchers, debit/credit notes, and supporting documents.
Assist in GST, TDS and other statutory compliance activities.
Assist with monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.
Verify bills, expenses, and supporting documents before processing.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.




Coordinate with internal departments regarding accounting-related requirements.
Follow up on receivables and payables when required.
Support auditors and provide necessary documents and information.
Ensure accuracy of accounting entries and identify discrepancies.
Perform other accounting and finance-related du es assigned by management.

Eligibility for Freshers
B.Com / M.Com / BBM or equivalent qualification.
Fresh graduates with valuable academic knowledge of accounting.
Basic knowledge of Tally, MS Excel and accounting principles will be an advantage.
Good communication and numerical skills. o Willingness to learn and take responsibility.
Strong attention to detail.

Eligibility for Experienced
Profiles Experience: 2–3 years in Accounting / Finance
Requirements:
B.Com / M.Com / BBM or equivalent qualification.
2–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
Good working knowledge of Tally
