Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram for a Tendering Specialist. The Tendering Specialist will be responsible for managing tender processes, preparing proposals, analyzing project requirements, and ensuring compliance with procurement procedures. Day-to-day tasks include creating and submitting tender documents, coordinating with stakeholders,



and monitoring market trends to optimize opportunities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in securing projects and driving business success.

Qualifications
• Proficiency in Tender Management and Proposal Writing, with demonstrated experience in preparing and submitting detailed tender documents
• Robust Analytical Skills to evaluate bids, monitor market trends, and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with internal teams, clients, and regulatory bodies
• Knowledge of Procurement processes and regulations, including experience in compliance with industry standards
• Ability to work under deadlines, problem-solving skills, and detail orientation
• Educational qualifications or certifications in procurement, contract management, or related fields are advantageous
