About the Role
Artfills is looking for an Assistant Team Leader – Sales who can effectively balance team management and individual sales performance. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing a sales team of at least 5–7 members, along with a strong track record as an individual sales contributor. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coaching and engaging a team while also being comfortable taking ownership of their own sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of 5–7+ sales executives/counsellors.
• Drive the team towards achieving monthly and weekly sales/revenue targets.
• Personally handle leads and sales closures as an Individual Contributor (IC).




• Monitor individual and team-level performance through regular reviews and performance tracking.
• Conduct daily huddles, sales reviews, and performance discussions.
• Coach team members on lead conversion, counselling, objection handling, followups, and closing techniques.
• Identify performance gaps and implement corrective action plans.
• Ensure proper lead management and timely follow up by the team.
• Track key sales metrics such as calls, connects, follow-ups, conversions, revenue, and productivity.
• Work closely with the management team to improve sales processes and conversion rates.
• Help onboard and train new team members.
• Maintain high standards of customer experience throughout the sales process.
• Achieve both individual and team sales targets consistently.
