Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Bengaluru for candidates ranging from freshers to 3 years of experience. The Relationship Manager will engage with prospective and existing clients,



understand their real estate needs, and recommend suitable residential or commercial property options. Responsibilities include managing client communication, coordinating property visits, liaising with internal teams and external partners such as banks, developers, and legal advisors, and ensuring smooth completion of transactions. The role involves maintaining accurate records of leads and client interactions, following up to build long-term relationships, and supporting clients through the documentation and advisory process. The Relationship Manager will also contribute to client satisfaction by providing explicit, ethical, and data-informed guidance on property investments and related decisions.
