Built by the travel trade, for the travel trade, it covers sales, operations, accounts, marketing and retention in one platform: AI-powered itineraries and branded quotations in seconds, a unified email inbox, lead management with Meta/Google integrations, payment scheduling, bookings, vouchers and reports. TripboxCRM is backed by CodeAngle Technologies, an enterprise software firm founded in 2012.

The Role

We're hiring a Business Development Manager to drive recent revenue for TripboxCRM. You'll own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and product demos to negotiation and closing, selling to travel agencies, tour operators and DMCs across India. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, reporting to the Business Head.

What You'll Do
• Generate and qualify leads through calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, referrals, trade events and inbound campaigns
• Run engaging product demos (online and in person) tailored to each agency's workflow




• Understand prospects' pain points and position TripboxCRM as the solution
• Handle objections, negotiate pricing and close deals to hit monthly revenue targets
• Build and manage a healthy pipeline, keeping every lead and follow-up updated in the CRM
• Work with the product and onboarding teams to ensure smooth go-lives and gather customer feedback
• Represent TripboxCRM at travel trade shows, roadshows and industry meetups

What We're Looking For
• 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, CRM or software sales
• Experience in or understanding of the travel industry (agencies, DMCs, OTAs) is a strong plus
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Confident demo, presentation and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication in English and Hindi
• Self-driven, organised and comfortable with field visits around Mumbai
