Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Head of Sales to lead our sales and business development activities across Kerala. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, building and managing a sales team, acquiring recent B2B customers and driving sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to expand business across Kerala.
• Identify and acquire new customers, including hotels, restaurants, cafés,



caterers and institutional buyers.
• Recruit, train and manage sales executives and territory-level sales staff.
• Establish monthly and quarterly sales targets and monitor team performance.
• Develop strong relationships with key accounts and decision-makers in the HoReCa industry.
• Drive repeat business, customer retention and cross-selling across product categories.
• Monitor sales performance, gross margins, customer collections and outstanding payments.
• Identify new markets, business opportunities and potential distribution partnerships.
• Coordinate with purchase, inventory, warehouse and delivery teams to ensure efficient order fulfilment.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts and performance reviews for management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field preferred.
