Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Growth Marketing Lead based in Surat.
The Growth Marketing Lead will design and execute data-driven marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth across digital and offline channels. Responsibilities include planning and running growth experiments, optimizing campaigns, tracking performance metrics, and collaborating closely with sales, product, and project teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. The role also involves managing marketing funnels, overseeing content and performance marketing initiatives, and identifying new market opportunities in India and international regions. The Growth Marketing Lead will contribute to brand positioning, support B2B lead generation, and ensure consistent reporting on campaign outcomes to leadership.
Must Have:
7–10+ years in marketing, minimum 3 years B2B
Experience with Australian, UK or US markets
Hands-on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO and email marketing
HubSpot Marketing Hub experience
