About BrewSkin :
BrewSkin is a precision beauty applicator brand from India. We make the tool that decides how well
everything else you own actually works. Our hero is the Oat Cream and Espresso Puff pair, built after two
years of R&D.;
We launched in May 2026 from Gurugram. In our first quarter we crossed 900 customers with zero paid
acquisition, and almost every order was at full price. In September we took BrewSkin to Recent York, where
our first pop-ups sold 200+ units. BrewSkin was founded by Rishabh Kapoor (Founder and CEO) and Kompal Matta Kapoor (Co-Founder
and CMO, and the creator behind the brand's community).

What you'll own :
1. DTC growth on brewskin.io
• Run Meta and Google end to end: account structure, creative testing, budgets, daily optimisation.
• Work with the website lead on landing pages and conversion fixes.
• Keep attribution clean so every rupee is traceable.




2. Retention and repeat
• Own lifecycle campaigns on GoKwik, WhatsApp and email.
• Drive membership sign-ups and the replace-every-3-to-4-months habit.
3. Affiliates and creators, India and US
• Recruit, activate and grow our affiliate creators in both markets.
• Run the creator pipeline: gifting, briefs, content rights, whitelisting the best posts as ads.
4. Marketplaces and retail
• Build the plan and readiness for Amazon, Nykaa, Tira and quick commerce, and run them when we
switch them on.
5. US growth
• Grow the US store: paid tests, US affiliates, pop-up and event follow-through.
6. Content engine
• Own the content calendar across the BrewSkin page and both founders' pages.
• Brief the video editor every week and judge what works by the numbers.
7. Reporting
• Every Monday, a one-page update before our weekly review: numbers first, what you learned second,
what you'll do next third.
