Role Description The Real Estate Sales Executive will work on-site in Gurgaon in a full-time capacity, supporting clients through the entire property transaction lifecycle. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads,



conducting property consultations and site visits, and presenting suitable residential and commercial options based on client needs and budgets. The role involves negotiating terms, coordinating with builders and internal teams, and guiding clients through documentation, loan processes, and closing formalities. The Sales Executive will maintain regular communication with clients, provide market insights, and ensure a smooth post-sales experience, including follow-ups and support for future resale or investment opportunities. The role requires proactive prospecting, maintaining an updated pipeline in CRM tools, and meeting sales targets while upholding Asset Daddy’s standards of transparency and customer service.
