Role Description The Senior Program Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end planning, execution,



and continuous improvement of multiple learning programs across tech and non-tech domains. This role oversees program roadmaps, defines success metrics, coordinates cross-functional teams (instructors, content, product, marketing, and operations), and ensures high-quality learner experiences from enrollment through completion. Day-to-day activities include managing program timelines and budgets, optimizing delivery processes, monitoring learner feedback and performance data, and driving initiatives to improve engagement, completion rates, and career outcomes. The Senior Program Manager also collaborates on new program launches, supports partnerships with organizations, and contributes to strategic decisions around curriculum design and AI-powered learning solutions. This is a full time, remote role.
