Role Description The Admission Counselor is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division, responsible for guiding prospective learners and their families through the school’s admission process. The role includes responding to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings, providing accurate information about programs, fees, and school policies, and conducting campus tours. The Admission Counselor will manage application forms, maintain accurate records in admission systems, coordinate entrance assessments or interviews, and follow up with families at each stage. The position also involves supporting school events, open houses, and outreach activities, collaborating with academic and administrative teams, and providing feedback on trends in admissions and parent expectations.
Qualifications
• Strong Communication and Interpersonal Communication skills, with the ability to connect effectively with learners and families from diverse backgrounds.




• Customer Service and Sales abilities to handle inquiries professionally, address concerns, and guide families toward informed admission decisions.
• Understanding of Education principles and school operations, preferably with prior experience in a school or educational institution.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and data entry; comfort working with admission or CRM systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site full time in the Pune Division, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail under time-sensitive conditions.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a degree in Education, Counseling, or related fields is preferred.
• Strong organizational, documentation, and follow-up skills, with a team-oriented approach to working with academic and administrative teams.
