Role Description The Draftsman Steel Structural role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The individual in this role will prepare detailed structural steel drawings, plans,



and layouts for offshore and marine projects using industry-standard CAD and engineering software. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting engineering calculations and specifications, developing fabrication and assembly drawings, and ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards and client requirements. The draftsman will coordinate with structural engineers, project managers, and other team members to clarify design inputs, resolve drawing-related issues, and support revisions throughout the project lifecycle. The role also involves maintaining organized drawing records, applying quality checks to all deliverables, and contributing to continuous improvement of drafting practices and templates.
Qualifications

• Proficiency in structural drafting tools such as AutoCAD
• Strong skills in steel structural detailing, including preparation of fabrication, erection, and assemb
