Our exclusive brand partnerships and curated portfolio give us greater control over distribution, storytelling, and customer experience.
Favre Leuba is a strategically significant exclusive brand for us and a step forward in our journey as a brand builder in Indian luxury. Its Swiss heritage and accessible luxury positioning appeal to both emerging and established HNI consumers. You will use our retail network, customer insights, and clienteling strength to craft a differentiated, India-relevant brand narrative and drive long-term growth, with the same passion for craft that goes into every timepiece we sell.

Your Craft: What You Will Own

1. Strategic and brand leadership
• Define and execute the brand’s India growth strategy, in line with its luxury positioning.
• Build awareness, desirability, and cultural relevance, with consistent storytelling at every touchpoint.

2. Marketing and demand generation




• Lead integrated marketing across digital, retail, CRM, and experiential channels.
• Run localised campaigns and launches and track ROI and conversion.

3. Commercial performance and P&L;
• Own the P&L;, revenue targets, and profitability for India.
• Set pricing and promotions that protect brand equity, and lift sales, AOV, and conversion across boutiques, e-commerce, and clienteling.

4. Market development and partnerships
• Strengthen presence across key Indian cities and luxury hubs.
• Build and negotiate partnerships with premium malls, luxury platforms, brands, and influencers.

5. Customer experience and clienteling
• Build a high-touch, personalised customer journey rooted in luxury service standards.
• Lead CRM and loyalty to drive repeat engagement and lifetime value, using customer data for targeted clienteling.
