Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Relationship Manager (SRM) in Corporate Client Coverage team based in Delhi, India. The SRM will be responsible for managing and nurturing corporate client (mid+large) relationships, identifying customer needs,



and offering solutions that align with their financial goals. Key responsibilities include promoting and cross-selling the bank's products, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction, and continuously identifying opportunities to expand the bank’s portfolio of clients. The individual will liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and customer engagement.

Qualifications
• Mandatory: Past experience in large or mid-corporate Corporate/Commercial Banking team (preferably North) of 8-10 years with banks is a must.
• Mandatory: MBA from Tier 1 colleges/Chartered Accountants.
• Robust interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in sales, business development, and cross-selling financial products and services.
• Financial statement analysis (P&L;, balance sheet, cash flows).
• Ability to analyze balance sheets, industry, sectors, promoters etc.
