Role Description This is a full-time, in office Head of Finance and Accounting role based in Mumbai. The Head of Finance and Accounting will oversee all financial operations for the group’s hotels, including preparation and review of financial statements, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and internal policies.



Responsibilities include leading budgeting and forecasting processes, monitoring cash flow, managing cost controls, and supporting strategic decision-making through financial analysis. The role will manage the finance and accounting team, implement and refine financial systems and controls, coordinate audits, and collaborate with senior leadership to optimize financial performance across all properties.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Finance and Analytical Skills for evaluating performance and supporting strategic decisions.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant accounts.
• Candidates should possess solid Budgeting skills for planning, forecasting, and controlling costs across multiple properties.
• Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, MBA in Finance, or equivalent
