About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Senior Executive to manage recruitment and HR operations for our growing real estate team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Hire sales executives, team leaders, and other real estate professionals.
• Coordinate joining formalities, employee documentation, and HR records.
• Handle day-to-day HR operations, attendance, leave management, and employee coordination.
• Support employee engagement, performance tracking, and HR policy implementation.




• Work closely with management to meet hiring targets and business requirements.

What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum 2 years of HR experience; real estate industry experience preferred.
• Strong recruitment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines.
• Good understanding of HR operations and employee management.
• A proactive, organized, and target-oriented skilled.
