Role Description The Health Safety Environment (HSE) Officer will be responsible for implementing and monitoring health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures at JMDR’s on-site operations in Delhi. This full-time role includes conducting regular workplace inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance with relevant legislation, standards, and company guidelines. The HSE Officer will develop and update safety management plans, emergency response procedures, and environmental controls, and will maintain accurate records of incidents, near misses, and corrective actions. Day-to-day duties involve delivering safety inductions and training, supporting investigations of accidents and incidents, and collaborating with project managers and engineering teams to integrate HSE requirements into rail signalling and systems activities.
