Anna Simona Kids is a premium D2C baby and kids essentials brand, sold online, across retail partners and in shop-in-shops. Our sister brand, Anna Simona Home, brings the same design sensibility to premium bedding and home. We're already at a solid scale and are now building our growth engine in-house.

Why this role exists
We've worked with agencies. Now we want someone who lives inside our brand, knows our customers and numbers intimately, and owns growth end to end. You won't be splitting attention across ten clients. It's just us, and you'll have the room and backing to build properly.
What you'll own

• Meta and Google Ads end to end, including strategy, account structure, creative testing, budgets and scaling
• WhatsApp marketing and CRM, covering campaigns, automations, flows and segmentation
• Retention and repeat purchase through email, WhatsApp, loyalty and win-back
• Full-funnel performance, meaning CAC, ROAS, contribution margin, LTV and conversion rate, not just platform metrics
• Creative direction for ads, with clear briefs to design and content teams on what to make and why




• Tracking and attribution (pixel, CAPI, GA4, UTMs), so we trust our data
• Growth across two brands with different audiences and price points

What we're looking for
• 4+ years in performance marketing, with most of it in D2C e-commerce, ideally in fashion, baby, lifestyle or home
• A track record of profitably scaling spend, with results you can walk us through
• Deep hands-on skill in Meta and Google Ads. You run the accounts yourself.
• Experience with WhatsApp marketing tools and retention platforms
• Solid command of Shopify and D2C unit economics
• A sharp creative eye and an instinct for what makes a premium brand convert
• An owner's mindset: proactive, accountable and comfortable working closely with the founder
