Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end capacity planning and performance management for EPC and 5G Core network platforms.
• Perform subscriber growth forecasting and traffic demand analysis.
• Develop capacity models and forecasting strategies for EPC and 5GC network functions.
• Conduct session dimensioning and capacity assessments for core network elements.
• Analyze TPS, throughput, latency, and utilization trends.
• Monitor UPF capacity and identify network performance constraints.
• Track and analyze performance KPIs across EPC and 5G Core environments.
• Identify bottlenecks, congestion points, and capacity risks affecting service quality.
• Recommend capacity expansion, optimization, and scaling strategies.
• Support network growth through proactive planning and network function dimensioning.
• Prepare performance dashboards, trend reports, and technical recommendations.




• Collaborate with engineering, operations, planning, and implementation teams.
• Support troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of performance-related issues.

Required Skills and Experience
• 7-11 years of experience in telecom network performance, capacity planning, or core network optimization.
• Strong experience with EPC and 5G Core network architectures.
• Expertise in subscriber and traffic forecasting methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with capacity planning and network function dimensioning.
• Strong understanding of TPS analysis, throughput monitoring, and latency management.
• Experience with UPF capacity planning and performance analysis.
• Knowledge of EPC and 5GC performance KPIs and reporting.
• Experience in bottleneck identification, capacity risk assessment, and optimization planning.
• Robust analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
