Role Description The Sales Associate role is a full-time hybrid position based in Phalodi, with some flexibility for work-from-home arrangements. The Sales Associate will manage and grow customer accounts, respond to inquiries, and support the sales cycle from lead generation through order closure.



Daily tasks include identifying prospective clients, presenting product offerings, preparing quotations, and coordinating with operations and logistics to ensure timely deliveries. The role also involves maintaining accurate sales records, tracking market trends and customer feedback, and collaborating with internal teams to improve customer experience and product positioning. The Sales Associate will contribute to achieving sales targets, building long-term relationships with clients, and representing Indo Agri Industries in a professional and ethical manner.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in customer relationship management, client communication, and account servicing.
• Ability to perform lead generation, basic market research, and follow-up activities to support the sales pipeline.
• Competence in sales documentation, order processing, and maintaining organized records using common office and CRM tools.
