Role Description

The Junior Business Development Associate (Fresher) is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru. This position involves identifying prospective learners and partners, generating leads through calls, emails, social media, and networking activities, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM or sales tracking tools. The associate will conduct basic market research to understand trends,



competitor offerings, and customer needs, and will contribute to presentations and proposals for potential clients. Daily responsibilities also include supporting senior team members in meetings, following up with leads, coordinating with internal teams for smooth onboarding of clients, and achieving assigned targets aligned with business growth.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess effective Presentation Skills and experience creating or delivering Presentations to stakeholders or prospective clients.
• Candidates should possess Lead Generation abilities, including outreach, follow-up, and basic sales pipeline management.
