Role Description The Relationship Officer is a full-time, in office role based in Bihar Sharif, responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective customers. In this role, the individual will engage with customers to understand their financial needs, provide suitable product recommendations, and support them through the onboarding and servicing process. Daily activities include meeting clients, explaining financial products,



handling queries and concerns, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The Relationship Officer will collaborate with internal teams to process applications, track leads, and contribute to branch sales targets while adhering to company policies and compliance requirements.
