We’re looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with strong enterprise application development experience to join our team and build scalable, workflow-driven applications for the financial-services domain.
The ideal candidate will have solid backend expertise in Java with Spring Boot.
What You’ll Work On
- Own features end-to-end—from database design and backend development to APIs, frontend implementation, testing and deployment.
- Design and develop scalable backend and frontend modules.
- Build workflow-driven applications, dashboards and approval processes.
- Implement complex business logic, audit trails, versioning and configurable workflows.
- Work with multi-tenant, multi-entity and multi-currency platforms.
- Integrate with banking APIs, government portals and other third-party systems.
- Ensure application security, performance, scalability and maintainability.
- Write unit and integration tests.
- Participate in code reviews and technical design discussions.
- Collaborate closely with the Architect, Product Manager and QA team.
- Contribute to estimation, sprint planning and technical breakdown.
- Troubleshoot production issues and support deployments.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong experience building enterprise applications.
- Strong backend expertise in Java/Spring Boot.
- Solid understanding of microservices and distributed systems.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, database schema design, query optimization and performance tuning.
- Experience with React, Angular, Vue.js or a similar frontend framework. Experience with React or Next.js is preferred.
- Strong understanding of state management, component-based architecture and responsive UI development.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms; Microsoft Azure is preferred.
