Role Description The Regional Legal Manager is a full time position based in Sambalpur with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work from home. The role involves overseeing regional legal matters, including reviewing and drafting contracts, agreements, and other legal documents for the company’s operations. The Regional Legal Manager will handle legal compliance, support litigation and dispute resolution, coordinate with external counsel, and advise internal stakeholders on legal risks and regulatory requirements.



The position includes monitoring changes in relevant laws, maintaining legal records, and collaborating with business, operations, and compliance teams to ensure policies and practices align with applicable regulations. The role also requires preparing legal reports, conducting training on legal and regulatory issues, and contributing to the development of standard legal processes and templates.
