About the Job
Creonnect gives Instagram creators and the brands that hire them one place for analytics, automatic DM replies, creator discovery, campaigns, and agreement drafts.
The go-to-market team owns how creators and brand marketers discover, understand, and adopt the product, from a feature launch to onboarding and retention.
As the Go-to-Market Associate, you will run growth experiments, creator and brand outreach, partnerships, and launch work. You will work directly with the founding team and own projects from idea to result.
Job Responsibilities
• Own product launch strategy and execution, positioning, messaging, rollout, and post-launch retrospectives
• Drive user acquisition through growth experiments, organic and paid channels, referral loops, and content strategy
• Build and manage creator education, community programs, events, ambassador initiatives, and outreach
• Source, pitch, and close early partnerships with brands, agencies, and creator networks




• Act as the internal voice of the user. Feed ground-level insights into the product and strategy teams
• Track GTM metrics, build dashboards, and iterate fast based on what's working

Required Qualification, Capabilities, and Skills
• 1-3 years of experience in growth, marketing, sales, or community, ideally at a startup or in the creator economy
• Strong understanding of how creator businesses and influencer-marketing teams operate in India
• Excellent written communication: sharp, transparent, and adaptable across formats (cold emails, social copy, pitch decks)
• Demonstrated ability to own outcomes, not just tasks; you set the goal, build the plan, and execute
• Comfortable with ambiguity, fast iteration, and the reality of early-stage startups
• Data-literate and comfortable reading metrics, forming hypotheses, and making decisions from data
