ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a commercially sharp Finance Manager who can take ownership of costs, vendor transactions, purchasing controls, payments, and financial tracking across our projects and operating locations. The role requires strong analytical ability, attention to detail, commercial judgement,



and the ability to work closely with internal teams and external vendors.

Location: HSR Layout, Bengaluru
CTC: 6-8 Lakhs per annum

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Cost & Budget Control
- Track project and operating expenditure against approved budgets
- Identify cost overruns and highlight them before commitments are made
- Compare actual costs against BOQs, estimates and historical costs
- Build benchmarks for frequently purchased products and services
- Identify opportunities to reduce costs without compromising quality
- Conduct periodic cost and vendor analysis
Commercial & Vendor Management
- Evaluate quotations and prepare commercial comparisons
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, credit periods and commercial conditions with vendors
- Develop alternate vendors for key products and services
- Maintain vendor-wise pricing history and commercial terms
- Reduce dependency on single vendors for critical categories
