The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, and maintaining solid relationships with our vendors. Key Responsibilities: - Process and verify vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. - Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice entry, payment processing, and reconciliation. - Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure proper vendor management and resolve any discrepancies. - Utilize SAP for tracking and managing accounts payable transactions. - Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.



- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all accounts payable transactions. - Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve any issues related to payments or invoices. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and best practices. - Experience with SAP or similar accounting software. - Excellent vendor management skills and the ability to build strong relationships. - Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. - Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
