Role Purpose:
Own the sales performance of the South Gujarat Region — drive profitable and organic growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Business & Growth
• Own the enquiry pipeline, forecast, and order projection for the entire region.
• Identify prospective clients, evaluate their position in the industry,



and convert them into new accounts, opportunities, and business.
• Discuss customer application requirements and propose the most suitable, unique, and advanced solutions from the product basket.
• Lead key and high-value cases personally and acquire orders without compromising minimum technical requirements.
• Arrange online meetings between OEM and customer for deep technical discussions.
• Perform demonstrations of general products during pre-sales activities.
• Drive promotion of current products by identifying suitable customers, conducting Proof of Concept (POC) trials and field evaluations, and converting successful trials into orders.

Leadership
• Take ownership of your region's sales performance and drive it towards company goals.
• Set direction and priorities for the region and ensure clarity of purpose at every level.
• Make decisions independently on business situations and stand
