Role Description The International Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh, responsible for driving growth in overseas markets for TSF’s speciality and sustainable flexible packaging films. The role involves identifying and developing new international customers, managing existing key accounts,



and building long-term business relationships with distributors, converters, and brand owners. The International Sales Manager will prepare and deliver sales proposals and presentations, conduct market and competitor analysis, and collaborate with internal teams to align product offerings with customer requirements. Day-to-day activities include negotiating contracts and pricing, monitoring sales performance against targets, coordinating logistics and order fulfillment, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role also requires regular reporting on market trends, sales forecasts, and strategic opportunities to senior leadership.
Qualifications
