Role Description The Chemist – Quality Control (Nutraceuticals) is a full time, on-site role based in Jaipur. The individual in this position will perform routine and non-routine testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished nutraceutical products using established laboratory methods and analytical techniques. Daily responsibilities include preparing samples and reagents, conducting analytical tests, documenting results, and ensuring compliance with internal quality standards and relevant regulatory guidelines. The role also involves calibrating and maintaining laboratory equipment, assisting in investigations of out-of-specification results, and supporting R&D; teams with data for process improvement. Collaboration with production, R&D;, and quality assurance teams is expected to ensure product consistency, safety, and effectiveness.

Qualifications
• Strong laboratory skills, including sample preparation, use of analytical instruments, and adherence to safety protocols.




• Quality Control experience with nutraceutical or pharmaceutical products, including familiarity with GMP, SOPs, and documentation practices.
• Analytical skills for interpreting test data, troubleshooting issues, and supporting process optimization.
• Research and Development (R&D;) and research capabilities to assist in method development, validation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biochemistry, or a related discipline.
• Knowledge of common analytical techniques (e.g., HPLC, UV-Vis, titration, chromatography) used in nutraceutical quality control.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to maintain accurate, compliant records.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
