Role Overview:




The Training Manager cum Competency Coordinator is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the organization's training and competency assessment system in compliance with DGCA CAR-145 requirements. The role ensures that all certifying staff, support staff, technicians, inspectors, and management personnel remain competent to perform assigned duties through structured training, recurrent training, human factors training, continuation training, and competency assessments.
The position shall maintain training records, competency matrices, authorization controls, and ensure regulatory compliance relating to personnel qualification and competence management within the Maintenance Organization.
