Role Description This role combines business development and performance marketing. You’ll help win our first clients through targeted outreach and sales, while bringing the skills to plan, run, and optimise paid campaigns for TwoFold and its clients as budgets become available.

What You’ll Own

Business Development & Sales
• Define ideal client profiles and build targeted prospect lists.
• Run outbound email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach,



and relevant WhatsApp follow-ups to founders, CEOs, and decision-makers.
• Manage the CRM, sales pipeline, and follow-up process.
• Lead discovery calls and collaborate on proposals, pricing, and pitches.
• Drive negotiations and convert prospects into paid projects and retainers.
• Build partnerships and referral opportunities.

Paid Advertising & Performance Marketing
• Plan, launch, and optimise Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Research keywords, audiences, competitors, and targeting opportunities.
• Set up conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, and platform pixels.
• Collaborate on ad copy, creative briefs, and landing pages.
• Manage agreed advertising budgets and test campaigns to improve results.
• Track cost per lead, qualified leads, acquisition costs, conversions, and return on ad spend where measurable.
