Role Description This full-time, on-site Service Desk Engineer–Fresher role is based in Delhi, India. The Service Desk Engineer will respond to user requests, log and track incidents, and provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues. Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting common IT problems, guiding users through resolutions, escalating complex issues to senior engineers, and maintaining accurate documentation of support activities. The role also involves monitoring service desk queues, ensuring timely follow-up, and delivering professional, customer-focused communication in line with company standards and service-level agreements. This position offers hands-on learning and exposure to modern IT environments in a fast-paced digital services organization.

• Candidates should possess skills in Technical Support and Help Desk Support for resolving user issues and managing service requests.




• Candidates should possess skills in Troubleshooting and Service Desk operations for diagnosing problems and coordinating incident resolution.
• Candidates should possess robust Customer Service skills to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and provide a positive user experience.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and common office applications.
• Familiarity with ticketing or IT service management tools is an advantage.
• Ability to learn quickly, follow standard procedures, and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English; additional local language proficiency is a plus.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred; fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
