Role Description The Documentation Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in Navi Mumbai. In this role, the individual will manage and prepare export-related documentation, including invoices, packing lists, shipping bills,



and certificates required for customs and regulatory compliance. The Documentation Executive will maintain accurate records, ensure timely submission of documents to relevant authorities and stakeholders, and coordinate closely with internal teams, freight forwarders, and clients to support smooth cargo movement. Daily responsibilities include updating documentation status, verifying data against shipment details, resolving document discrepancies, and supporting audits or inspections. The role also involves adhering to company policies, industry regulations, and client-specific requirements while contributing to process improvements in document management.
Qualifications
• Strong skills in Export Documentation and Export procedures, with practical experience handling sea and air freight documentation.
• Proficiency in Documentation and Document Management, including organizing, tracking,
