Role Description The Head of Department at HPIPL is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida, responsible for leading a key functional department within the organization. This role involves setting departmental strategy,



defining goals aligned with company objectives, and overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure effective delivery of parking infrastructure solutions and services. The Head of Department will manage and mentor team members, coordinate cross-functional collaboration with engineering, sales, projects, and service teams, and monitor performance metrics and budgets. Regular tasks include reviewing project progress, optimizing processes, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The role also entails stakeholder management with clients and internal leadership, preparing reports and presentations, and supporting the adoption of innovative technologies and sustainable practices in departmental activities.
