Workflow automation: Workflows, Flow Designer flows, and business rules Mandatory 15%
Contemporary interfaces: Agent Workspace, Configurable Workspaces, and ServiceNow Mobile Applications Mandatory 15%
Integrations: REST/SOAP interfaces, web services, and external system connectivity Mandatory 15%
Core platform governance: Update Sets, ServiceNow data model, ACLs; CSM/FSM exposure preferred Mandatory 10%

Job Requirements* - Minimum 5 years of dedicated hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting components including Client Scripts, UI Policies, Business Rules, UI Actions, and Script Includes.
- Experience designing and developing configurations, customizations, and applications on the ServiceNow platform.




- Hands-on experience configuring Agent Workspace, Configurable Workspaces, and ServiceNow Mobile Applications.
- Proven experience building platform interfaces and integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP and web services.
- Deep understanding of Update Sets, ServiceNow data model, Access Control Lists (ACLs), and platform governance.
- Preferred: Experience implementing and customizing Customer Service Management (CSM) and Field Service Management (FSM).
- Preferred: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
Key Responsibilities* - Design, develop, configure, and customize enterprise solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
