Role Description This full time Sales Executive role is hybrid, based in Kottakkal with a mix of onsite client interactions and some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Executive will identify and qualify new leads, conduct sales calls and meetings, and present Highskilz’s digital solutions to prospective clients. Daily responsibilities include building and managing a sales pipeline, preparing proposals, negotiating terms, and closing deals in alignment with revenue targets. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, gathering feedback,



and coordinating with internal marketing and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high client satisfaction. Regular reporting on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities is expected.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management.
• Experience in client relationship management, account handling, and customer service.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with digital marketing, branding, or agency services sales is highly beneficial.
• Ability to use CRM tools, basic sales analytics, and productivity software efficiently.
• Proven ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage time in a hybrid work environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in sales, preferably in digital services, advertising, or technology sectors.
