The Role

An exciting prospect has arisen for an enthusiastic and motivated Health Visitor to join our Renfrewshire HSCP Children and Families Teams. The post will be based in Paisley. Various days and hours available within the Monday to Friday period. to provide children and young people with the best possible start in life. Working as a Health Visitor within the Children and Families Health Visiting team you will provide a high quality, safe, and effective health visiting service in the community, working in collaboration with partner agencies. You will have overall responsibility for the supervision/management of a health visiting caseload, being accountable for the quality of care delivered through robust assessment, referral and communication processes and implementation of evidence-based practice interventions to address need. You should have in-depth knowledge, expertise, proficiency and experience in health visiting, child protection and the GIRFEC/National practice model Framework.
