About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Manager – B2B Sales with experience in the Food & Beverage industry to drive business growth, develop corporate partnerships, and expand our B2B customer base. The ideal candidate should have strong sales and negotiation skills, a good understanding of the F&B; market, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities• Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
• Identify and acquire new corporate clients, institutional customers, and business partners.
• Explore business opportunities in corporate catering, bulk food orders, corporate meal programs, events, and other relevant F&B; segments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate offices, hotels, event companies, institutions, and other potential clients.
• Generate leads through networking, market research, cold calling, references, and industry connections.




• Prepare business proposals, quotations, commercial agreements, and customized offerings based on client requirements.
• Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and contracts to ensure business profitability.
• Coordinate with operations, culinary, marketing, and finance teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor sales pipelines, conversion ratios, revenue performance, and client feedback.
• Conduct market analysis to identify recent business opportunities, competitor activities, and emerging trends.
• Ensure timely payment collection and maintain healthy client accounts.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans for management review.
