Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Noida. The Sales Manager will lead and manage a sales team, set sales targets, and monitor performance to achieve revenue goals. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, preparing proposals, and conducting negotiations. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to align sales strategies with service offerings, forecasting sales, and providing regular reports to leadership.



The Sales Manager will also participate in market research, competitor analysis, and sales planning to support sustainable growth.
Qualifications

• Strong experience in B2B or IT services sales, including lead generation, opportunity management, and closing deals.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate sales teams, set targets, and track performance against KPIs.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with decision-makers at various levels.
• Comfort with using CRM tools, sales reporting systems, and basic productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation tools).
• Solid understanding of IT services or technology solutions, with the ability to translate technical offerings into clear business value.
