Role Overview
We are looking for a Senior Manager – Enterprise Business (Farming) to drive revenue growth and strengthen relationships with our existing enterprise clients. This role will focus on expanding key accounts, increasing product adoption, identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities, and maximizing the long-term value of enterprise partnerships.
The ideal candidate will have solid experience in enterprise account management, preferably within fintech, payments, banking, or financial services, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and drive strategic business growth across large enterprise accounts.
Key Responsibilities
• Own and grow a portfolio of existing enterprise accounts, driving revenue expansion, retention, and long-term business relationships.
• Identify and execute cross-selling and upselling opportunities across Cashfree’s product suite, including Payments, Payouts, APIs, and other financial technology solutions.
• Develop account growth strategies to increase product penetration, transaction volumes, revenue, and overall wallet share.




• Build and nurture relationships with CXOs, business heads, finance leaders, product teams, and other key decision-makers within enterprise accounts.
• Understand client business models, payment flows, operational requirements, and growth priorities to recommend tailored solutions.
• Lead commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, contract renewals, and strategic account reviews.
• Collaborate with internal teams across Product, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Operations to ensure seamless service delivery and customer success.
• Monitor account performance, revenue trends, transaction volumes, and client engagement to identify growth opportunities and mitigate churn risks.
• Drive customer satisfaction and retention by proactively addressing client concerns and ensuring effective resolution of business challenges.
