Job Description
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist – Volume Hiring to manage end-to-end recruitment for Business Development Associates, Inside Sales, Telesales, and Customer Support roles.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end volume hiring for frontline and sales positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, referrals, consultants, job drives, and other channels.
• Conduct candidate screening and initial interviews.
• Assess candidates on communication skills, sales aptitude, and role suitability.
• Conduct and manage walk-in drives and bulk interview batches.
• Coordinate salary discussions, offer rollouts, and candidate joining.




• Drive candidate engagement and improve offer-to-joining ratios.
• Maintain daily recruitment trackers and MIS.
• Monitor recruitment metrics such as TAT, source effectiveness, cost-per-hire, offers, and joining ratios.
• Achieve monthly hiring targets within defined timelines.

Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales and bulk hiring.
• Experience in BDE,BPO, ITES, Telesales, Inside Sales, Customer Support hiring.
• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
