About the Role

Corenest Tech LLP is looking for enthusiastic and motivated HR Interns who want to gain practical, hands-on experience in Human Resources. This internship will provide exposure to recruitment, candidate management, HR operations, employee coordination, and day-to-day HR activities.
Based on your performance, consistency, and contribution, you may receive a PPO (Pre-Placement Offer) with the company after completing the internship.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
• Post job openings on LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate with candidates and schedule interviews.
• Conduct initial candidate screening when required.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Assist with onboarding and joining formalities.




• Coordinate with team members and maintain regular work updates.
• Support daily HR operations and assigned HR projects.
• Participate in team meetings and company activities.

Requirements

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of recruitment and HR processes.
• Familiarity with Google Sheets, MS Excel, and Google Workspace.
• Positive organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
