Role Description The MICE Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for managing Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events for corporate clients. Day-to-day tasks include planning and coordinating domestic and international group travel, liaising with hotels,



airlines, and ground transport vendors, and ensuring smooth execution of corporate events and incentive programs. The role involves preparing proposals and costings, negotiating rates, managing budgets and timelines, and maintaining accurate documentation and reports for each event or group movement. The MICE Executive will collaborate closely with sales and account management teams to understand client requirements, deliver tailored solutions, and provide high-quality service and support before, during, and after events. The role also includes handling on-site coordination when required, addressing traveler queries, and ensuring compliance with client travel policies.
