Role Description The Healthcare Treatment Coordinator (Part Time) at RefLyst AI is a remote, contract role responsible for supporting healthcare and dental practices in presenting and coordinating patient treatment plans. On a day-to-day basis, this role involves reviewing treatment recommendations, discussing options with patients or practice staff, and ensuring that proposed care plans are clearly documented and understood. The coordinator will help patients navigate insurance coverage, verify benefits when needed, and explain financial responsibilities in a clear,



accessible manner. This role also includes responding to inquiries, providing high-quality customer service, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with internal teams to align treatment coordination with RefLyst AI’s technology solutions. Qualifications
• Strong skills in Treatment Planning and Dental Care to review, explain, and coordinate patient treatment plans accurately.
• Knowledge of Insurance processes, benefits verification, and coverage explanations to support patients and practices.
• Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to interact with patients and practice staff in a clear, empathetic, and professional manner.
