Role Description The Principal is a full-time, in office role based in Hojai, responsible for overall academic and administrative leadership of the institution. This includes setting educational goals, overseeing curriculum implementation,



ensuring adherence to academic standards, and fostering a student-centered learning environment. The Principal will manage faculty and staff, lead performance evaluations, support professional development, and promote a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and ethical conduct. Daily responsibilities include supervising school operations, managing budgets and resources, maintaining regulatory compliance, and ensuring safety and discipline on campus. The role also involves engaging with parents, community stakeholders, and the Ajmal Foundation leadership to align institutional activities with the organization’s mission of social upliftment and educational excellence.
Qualifications
• Strong educational leadership and school/college administration skills, including strategic planning and institutional management.
• Experience in curriculum development, academic oversight, and quality assurance in educational settings.
