Role Summary

This position is an IT infrastructure role based in Mumbai, India, responsible for supporting IT operations across India, the Philippines, and Bangladesh. The position involves managing end-user requests, hardware refreshes, asset management, and vendor coordination.



It requires ensuring IT infrastructure compliance and supporting various IT projects and security initiatives without direct people management responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement timely hardware refreshes for servers, switches, and wireless equipment.
• Manage IT assets, including lease renewals, quarterly reconciliations, and proper retirement or disposal of fixed assets.
• Support India and Philippines Town Halls, new warehouse setups, and plant/warehouse expansions or relocations.
• Coordinate IT vendor and support contracts, budgeting processes, and vendor-driven project implementations.
• Ensure compliance with IT infrastructure checklists, audit requirements, and full SOX compliance standards.
• Provide guidance to on contract support engineers and coordinate with specialized Global Information Technology (GIT) teams.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 to 6 years of preferred work experience in IT infrastructure support.
