Role Description The Relationship Manager role at Square Insurance Brokers Pvt. Ltd. is a full time, on-site position based in Kanpur. The Relationship Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understand their insurance requirements, and guide them in selecting suitable life and general insurance products. Daily responsibilities include handling inquiries, providing product information, assisting with quotes and policy purchases, coordinating with internal teams and insurance partners,



and ensuring timely resolution of service issues. The role also involves maintaining accurate customer records, following up on renewals, and contributing to customer retention and business growth. The Relationship Manager is expected to uphold high standards of professionalism and deliver a positive, solution-oriented experience to every customer.
