We’re looking for a customer-focused and commercially minded Sales Coordinator to support the end-to-end sales cycle for DMC Aerospace & Defense Tools—from enquiries and quotations to order coordination, payment follow-up, and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
• Handle customer enquiries and prepare accurate, timely quotations.
• Follow up on quotations and open opportunities to support order conversion.
• Coordinate technical and commercial queries with senior team members.
• Support order processing, pro forma invoices, payment follow-ups, and delivery updates.
• Maintain customer relationships and identify repeat business opportunities.
• Keep enquiry, quotation, and sales records up to date.

Candidate Profile




• Graduate in any discipline; commerce, business, or engineering preferred.
• 2–5 years’ experience in sales coordination, inside sales, customer support, or B2B sales.
• Experience with industrial products, tools, aerospace, or defence is an advantage.
• Solid communication, follow-up, organisational, and customer-service skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel and Outlook.
